Translating a death certificate:
"Hace constar que hoy Miércoles Treinta de Agosto (...) compareció ante este Despacho la Señora XXX.."
Are you sure this is the beginning of the document? Normally, it should read something like “Fulano, (nombre y cargo del funcionario), hace constar…”. It is “normal” that some secretaries/clerks don’t have any idea about punctuation…
