Thank you very much.

English translation:1) Constitutional law vs. administrative law
Explanation:
(Note: Butterworth's also defines "derecho politico" as the "law which regulates governmental entitles," which is what (in the U.S., at least) we know as administrative law.)

2) Moot court [literally, "juridical clinic"; actually, practice in arguing cases against opposing counsel and before a judge or panel of judges]

3) Debating (as a course title, "Debating" is sufficient all by itself. If the course is an elective (that is, an optional course, as it often is in U.S. law schools), it's usually known as "Debating Club.")

Hope this helps! -- HC

Political science

Explanation:
Butterworths offers Political Science for derecho político. And of course derecho constitucional = constitutional law.

I would only be guessing for the other two.

Constitutional Law vs Political Law; Legal Services; Debate Forum

Explanation:
Termium says its *political law* (capitalize it, when it's the name of a course)--and, from a search I just did on Google, I find that both Harvard and Columbia law schools (and a bunch of others...) have courses on *political law*
http://www.google.com/search?q=+"law school"+"political law"...

clínica jurídica: Legal Services (from Termium)

Here is a quote from a site I found on Google, which clarifies the purpose:

"...Americanos (OEA) como 'una academia de debates o un foro de discusiones...' "
