Falta de relación de algo con la materia de que se trata. 3. f. Falta de integración de una persona o de una colectividad en las normas sociales comúnmente admitidas. Aunque muy breve tu transcripción, pareciera que la segunda acepción es la aplicable aquí. Ahora bien, según el Free-Dictionary: marginality - the property of being marginal or on the fringes Por lo tanto, creo que es válido utilizar el mismo término al traducir. "There would be marginality to the Equatorian Law(s) by accepting that ..." En fin, creo que con mayor contexto quizá pueda precisarse mejor. Suerte ! |
