7 hrs confidence: trademark assignment documents
Explanation: "Transfer" is a generic term and in English "conveyance" is usually reserved for the transfer of real property. The term used with respect to the transfer of a trademark is usually "trademark assignment". Here are the google statistics:
"trademark transfer" = 759 hits
"trademark conveyance" = 11 hits
"trademark assignment" = 67,200
I have chosen "documents" rather than "formalities" or "procedures" because in Spanish it says "presentaríamos..." and in Spanish you can "presentar documentos" or "presentar solicitudes" = "file" or "submit documents, applications, etc." but, in my opinion, in English it does not sound natural to say "file" or "submit" formalities, procedures, etc. Moreover, the text says that the "trámites" will be sent to the client for signature, once more implying that the author of the text is using the word "trámites" to refer to documents of some kind, rather than procedures or formalities. (But of course you will have to judge this according to the rest of the context.)
