Vengo a contestar la vista conferida en los térm. del art. 346 del C.P.P.

Y ese artículo dice:
Cuando el juez hubiere dispuesto el procesamiento del imputado y estimare completa la instrucción, CORRERÁ VISTA sucesiva a la parte querellante y al agente fiscal por el término de seis (6) días, prorrogable por otro período igual en casos graves o complejos.

Por lo que entiendo, se trata de darles audiencia para que se expidan.¿Alguien podría confirmarlo? y si existe una equivalencia en inglés, será más que bienvenida.

Vengo a contestar la vista conferida = I now come to answer the review granted

Como ves, no sale nada literal; así tiene que ser para que se entienda. Ojalá que el resto no sea tan complicado, pero francamente creo que va a ser de lo contrario.
