"A este respecto, ha establecido nuestro Máximo Tribunal (en sentencia N° xxx (xxx vs OXI) de fecha xxx) que cuando los trabajadores internacionales hayan sido contratados en el exterior y posteriormente trasladados a Venezuela, país donde finaliza la relación laboral, al realizarse el cálculo de lo que corresponda al trabajador por concepto de prestaciones sociales, deberá tomarse única y exclusivamente para dicho cálculo, el **tiempo de servicio efectivamente prestado en territorio nacional**, sin poder en ningún caso, hacerse extensivo al período o lapso de duración de la prestación de servicio que haya realizado el trabajador en otro u otros países distintos a Venezuela. Tal doctrina recoge el principio lex loci executionis."
