Spanish term or phrase: peligro de muerte
Hallo,
I have this phrase in spanish notarial document (power of attorney) about the inheritance, the sentence sound like this:

"Solicitar la apertura y protocolización de testamentos olórgafos y otorgados en peligro de muerte"

The person is already dead and i just can't understad this "peligro de muerte" - can it be the risk of death?

Thank you in advance! :)

Thank you very much for your help! :)
I hoped there's a possibility that it could mean "reason of death" so the sentence get clear. But well.. it means what it does.
Thank you for your time!
