Sorry, my ability to write in Spanish about things like this is a little limited!! Providencias is a fairly common term. I checked it in my maria orellana glosario internacional.... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 48 mins (2007-10-18 14:34:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Because of where the phrase is located, you may have to say something like "should/ shall contain annotations of judicial decisions enforced within the five years preceding its issuance, and...."
