Criminal Investigations Division and Crime Lab Services
Explanation:
It would appear that "law enforcement services" cover a lot more ground than just "servicios periciales", who are the experts doing fingerprint dusting, DNA analysis, crime scene analysis, etc. This is part of the name of the office you are seeking to translate and you should include it because it is not a US office, it is a Mexican one and you have to reflect what it does and what services it covers. So I would suggest the above alternative for you to consider.

Criminal Investigations Division/Office of Criminal Enforcement

Explanation:
or Office of Criminal Investigations

Criminal Investigations Division | Office of Criminal Enforcement ...
The Criminal Investigation Division (CID) investigates the most...

your text adds on (and legal services) but I'm not sure if this would be needed at all in English, especially for a U.S. based Division/Office such as the CID, or Office of Criminal Enforcement.... It would be your choice.... Best of luck!

Niki is correct, the legal services to include the expert services division, is basically the CSI Crime Lab Services....They are usually a very specialized team...... I think that Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is your best bet here...
