simultaneous Explanation: Me parece que se refieren a la pena a imponer por el tipo de delitos que se describen. Para ello, las condiciones enumeradas tienen que cumplirse todas (simultáneamente) sin excepción. De ahí lo de "copulativos". Se poco del Código Penal de México pero trabajo en os Juzgados canadienses y entiendo algo del tema. ¡Suerte! |

cumulative Explanation: creo que Wilson tiene "casi" razón. Estos requisitos no pueden darse de forma individual, pero tampoco necesariamente todos juntos. Copulativo quiere decir que van unidos o ligados, por eso te propongo este término.
