I forgot to say in the previous post that this is from a Court Order (or Court Ruling) from Spain.
Hi I've had no attempts at this one after more then half an hour, I'll give a bit more background on the judgement just incase it helps:
The persons name that I've crossed out is a female (Mother) and she never turned up at the Hearing. So therefor this hand written 'court order' copy was given to the Father in a child custody case.
The translation won't be used for official purposes so please guys don't panic if I accidentally choose the wrong answer as often happens on Kudoz unfortunately!
