Spanish term or phrase: armados y metrados
Please help.
No idea what armados means or how to translate it. I've been translating metrados as estimates.

The translation would run something like this:
technical specifications for arranging and measuring this segment of works

A mere suggestion.

For armados and metrados as "estimates", [you would therefore be correct, Peggy], you may want to check the thread at http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=107599
