Hello once more!

It seems today is my lot-of-question day! Again, the bank guarantee:

"el avalista se compromete al pago de lo reclamado por X, estimándose líquidas cuantas cuotas se deriven de dichas operaciones mercantiles desde el momento en que X emita las correspondientes facturas".

I don't think here "cuota líquida" refers to tax liabilities, but to "payment instalments" that must be made "casheable". Could somebody confirm or, on the contrary, correct my assumption?
