(nor) employment in any relationship with the contractor

Explanation:
relación laboral = employment (employment relationship is at least redundant in English)
(Remember Spanish loves this kinds of terms: trabajar en relación de dependencia = be an employee, etc.)
In Spanish, it seems understood that the relationships covered are the ones with the interested parties, in English it is vague to say in any of the relationships of the contractor's, taken to the extreme this could include personal relationships... But it does depend on the context of the contract.

It is very important to state "employee relationship" because there are many different types of work relationships and different laws must be followed according to the type of relationship. For example, independent contractors have a work relationship, but are not regulated by the same laws as an employer relationship. This is a key component of the translation and is not redundant.

Explanation:
You could play around with this a bit, but labor relationship is an accepted term.
