Law/Patents - Law (general) / Request for "grades certificate"
Spanish term or phrase: a saber demas providencias
This is a formal application for the university to issue a "grades record/certificate". After making the request the applicant states in formal language "MAS OTROSI. A saber demas providencias estaré en la secretaria de su despacho" - addressing her request to the Rector. A similar document expresses a more or less equivalent expression "A conocer demas antecedentes". This is South American Spanish. Does anybody know how I should render this in English please? Many thanks.

Many thanks. I had to send it earlier and that was exactly what I put, guessing that it meant something along those lines. Thanks very much.
