"En consecuencia, evidenciado como ha quedado por esta Sala que la decisión impugnada no se encuentra *inmotivada* y menos aun violenta alguna norma legal o constitucional alguna en cuanto al particular alegado por la parte recurrida, lo procedente en derecho es declarar SIN LUGAR el recurso interpuesto por el Abogado xxx actuando con el carácter acreditado en actas"
