Notarial Certified Copy - ML
Explanation:
Given the context, and since "testimonio" means "Notarial Certified Copy" - then I assume what follows consists of the initials of the decedent as he drew up his last will and tesatament or some sort of equivalent. I assume the notary public himself or herself is going to sign the entire document.

Withiout more context (such as the name of the decedent to whom the inheritance papers' refer), it is impossible to be sure; however, this is what I am assuming.

agree  Nelida Kreer: Yes, even without the "notarial". Certified copy is sufficient. Saludos.

-> Thank you, Niki-K - yes, that's true. "Notarial" is not necessary, but it makes it sound even a little more formal (at least to me). Saludos - Mike :)
