PRIMERO. Que Don XXXXXXXXXXxx, debidamente representado, hace entrega al heredero XXXXXXXX del bien inventariado y que constituye la herencia en Espana de la causante XXXXXXXXXXXXX, y en consecuencia al heredero la acepta, con lo que deviene pleno propietario del inmueble..
