Arto. 4.- El Recurso de Exhibición Personal procede en favor de aquellas personas cuya libertad, integridad física y seguridad sean violadas o estén en peligro de serlo por:
1) Cualquier funcionario, autoridad, entidad o institución estatal, autónoma o no.
2) Por actos restrictivos de la libertad personal de cualquier habitante de la República realizado por particulares.
Anyone know if there is an English equivalent for this? I have seen "Remedy of Personal Exhibition" but it appears very few times.
