Spanish term or phrase: acuerdo
Se trata de una Escritura de elevación a público de acuerdos sociales. Está claro que el segundo "acuerdo" se refiere a las "resolutions" de la reunión del Consejo de Administración, pero cómo traduciríais el primer "acuerdo" para diferenciarlo o también se trata de uno de los "resolutions" que dice que debe elevar a público.

Según interviene, y cumplimentando el ***acuerdo*** del Consejo de Administración, eleva a públicos todos y cada uno de los ***acuerdos*** adoptados en el mismo y como resulta de la certificación unida a esta matriz íntegramente reproducida a todos los efectos.
