acknowledgement of the valuable content Explanation: I believe that to get the point across in English all you need to do is make sure to focus on the contrasting points in Spanish: conocimiento vs. reconocimiento, i.e., knowledge vs. acknowledgement. In my reading of your text this last part asks whether the accused "ignored that the practice (ablation) was unlawful" (déficit cognitivo, de conocimiento de la antijuricidad) or simply "failed to acknowledge/recognize or internalize/assume/adopt/embrace the values (or) value system embodied in the law (falta de reconocimiento o asunción interna del contenido valorativo de la norma). |
