Reservas, que pueden ser bancarias (bank reserves), contractuales (stipulated in a loan contract), de utilidades (undistributed profits), del excedente (proprietary reserves), forzosas (legal reserves) y reglamentarias(legal reserves).

Reserva, en singular, es otra cosa. Si el texto dijera "reserva", yo traduciría "Under every reserve required by law".

In a summons? Then I would leave it in singular and say \"Under every reserve required by law\". Since it is in a summons, I am tempted to say \"in contempt of court\" but I guess they would had said \"bajo apercibimiento de desacato\".

I decided to go with "Under every reserve required by law". I don't think the contempt of court part is implied since this phrase also appeared in a slightly different context later in the document.
