El artículo 1508 del Código de Comercio de Panamá específicamente dispone que la afectación de la nave al pago de los créditos marítimos se extinguirá por la venta judicial de la nave. Sin embargo, no así en el caso de la venta extrajudicial de la nave. El artículo 1508 dispone que la nave enajenada extrajudicialmente se traspasará al comprador sujeta a todos los créditos marítimos que la afectan.

OK, if venta judicial means sale by court order, presumably venta extrajudicial means sale not by court order, or 'ordinary' sale. Is there a specific word for this? Ordinary?
