La parte final del párrafo me tiene realmente complicada. Me imagino que se refiere a que la responsabilidad de los socios -estipulada en la escritura de constitución- se limitará a su aporte inicial o a cualquier otra nueva suma agregada a dicho monto. Espero no estar entendiendo mal.
Agradezco cualquier ayuda para redactar esta parte.
