Spanish term or phrase: pluralidad de defensores
Hi folks. I'm actually a member, but I'm on my brother's weird computer and can't log in.

I'm having problems with this sentence, I hope you can help:

El tribunal de comercio sera el de Bilbao, ***tanto en caso de solicitar la garantia como de pluralidad de defensores***

(No accents either, and it took me half an hour to find the asterisk)

multiplicity of lawyers

Explanation:
I am basing my answer on the adage "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread"

Basically, to open up discussion I offer the following: "... both for commencing an action on the warranty or for any claim involving a multiplicity of lawyers..."

o.k. here\'s my other idea. \"any claim involving a multiplicity of lawyers\", to be honest, makes little sense to me so i am thinking that maybe it is a reference to something akin to a \"jury pool\", in this case \"a lawyer pool\". The use of out-of-town lawyers would have an ennormous effect on costs (on a solicitor-client basis) so maybe the contract is stipulating that any lawyers used in an action involving the warranty must be selected from the local \"lawyer pool\" of Bilao.

By the way, how do you say \"jury pool\" in Spanish? (I looked it up in the PROZ glossary but didn\'t see it there.)
