disagree  JoseAlejandro: "...of the first instance..." sounds way too literal.....plus, "Administrative office" may not be correct, as it is different than a clerk's office

  -> of the first instance is VERY used to render Spanish, France and Portuguese Court Names and it is used in the US and , it is correct...and secretaria unica is more than a clerk, wouldn't you say?
