What is the correct term for this in English. It comes up as so in legal ruling:
xxx suma a las Sindicas intervinientes Mr XXX, Mr XXX y a su patrocinante letrada Dra. XXX en forma conjunta a la Sindicatura y XXX a la patrocinante.

In Argentina a lawyer is a "Juris Doctor" (Doctor in Law) and that is why you have the "Dra." which means the lawyer in question is a female. I'm sure "representing attorney" or "representing lawyer" fits best here.
