George, tienes razón, a mí también me suena raro. Es que el original en español, cuando pone "vecindario" supongo que se refiere a "esta ciudad". "Ciudadano de esta ciudad" (o sea, Medellín, en mi documento) es redundante, quizá por eso usaron "vecindario", o quizá es la forma en que se expresan en Colombia (?). En todo caso, ambos tienen razón. ¿A quién le doy los puntos? Pues a Marian, que contestó primero. Gracias a ambos :)
