And since most of them do not have access to any other source of income, they cannot afford basic services and needed medicine. Es complicado esto, se basa en "the right to food" y sólo en ese sentido se puede entender como inconstitucional; los "derechos alimentarios" son derechos básicos, pero a la vez se invocan en los casos de sustento de menores, que también pueden implicar aspectos de otra índole. |

the rights to food Explanation: Estoy de acuerdo con las definiciones dadas por los dos colegas anteriores, creo a la definición del primero le sobra el texto después de right to food; al segundo "right of sustenance" es algo así como el alimony right.
