Although, based on a quick web search, "parity price" appears to be much more widely used. Here are examples of each:

From the first web site, discussing liquid fuels in South Africa: "The refining industry has effectively been deregulated in 1991 and although the income of refineries is determined by the deemed import parity cost of fuels there is no control in respect of refining margins. […] Price control is based on import parity pricing (in-bond landed cost) at the refinery gate… [A]s long as price control is applied the import parity pricing approach will be retained…."

And, from the second site, discussion U.S. price-support practices:
"The "parity price" for any … commodity, as of any date, shall be determined by multiplying the adjusted base price of such commodity as of such date by the parity index as of such date."
