titulo gratuito - any type of valuable, regardless of its financial definition - become a GIFT, from the taxation point of view, so it is actually better to keep it as vague as possible, so it can be as AMPLE as possible.

Legal documents always try to cover ALL bases, so at the end of a long & specific list they always add a catch-all phrase to block any possible loop-holes.
