Explanation:
I know this was posted over a decade agreement, but I'd thought to offer more up-to-date answer since this term has been discussed or posted online after the fact. For starters, "sindicacion de acciones" itself is simply a shareholders' agreement. Could even use shareholders' voting agreement. Then on the actual contract "Contrato de Sindicación de Acciones" is tipically worded in the heading thereof (at least in my experience), which is same as "Pacto de Sindicación de Acciones".

Prof. Heriberto S. Hocsman did a presentation on SINDICACION DE ACCIONES at UBA in 2010, who mentions therein other synonmous terms for this, such Contrato (de sindicación de acciones), Convenio, Acuerdos, Acuerdos Parasociales, etc. (http://documents.mx/documents/1-sindicacion-de-acciones-cont...

Also Shareholders' Agreement is confirmed in Thomas West's 2012 edition
