Law/Patents / Criminal Complaint
Spanish term or phrase: Código Adjetivo Penal
"... al igual que lo dispuesto por los Artículos 198 y 199 del Código Adjetivo Penal.
Is this different from a regular Code of Criminal Procedures?
What does Adjetivo translates too in this particular code?
Thanks in advance. ;o) Maria
Adjective Criminal Code
don't ask me what it means, but this is my answer. Maybe Hazel or Marian can be more precise.

Thanks, Robert, I decided to go with Code of Criminal Procedures. I found in the Thomas West's dictionary the definition of "código adjetivo = procedural code" In fact, I looked the word "adjective" under the American Heritage Dictionary and one of the meanings of the word adjective is "procedural", what do you know? ;o) We learn something new each day.
