Yes, the general idea is "deposited into an account", however the translation says: Explanation: "...when it has been established that the receipt of the premium payment of the life insurance and complimentaries should rest adequately in an open account in the name of the client, in a banking entity subject to the obligations explained in Article 3." It is a verbose way of saying that something else happens when the money has been deposited into an account.... Regards. Luis Luis |
