Comparecer como representante legal de la Entidad ante toda clase de Juzgados y Tribunales de la jurisdicción ordinaria, civil o penal, incluso ante el Tribunal Supremo y el Tribunal constitucional así como ante las *****jurisdicciones administrativas de contrabando*****, económico-administrativas, contencioso-administrativo, laboral, incluso ante el Tribunal Central de Trabajo y demás juntas, Corporaciones y Organismos oficiales de toda índole para que activa o pasivamente, como parte principal, tercero o coadyuvante, pueda ejercitar y seguir ante los mismos todos los asuntos que interesan a la Compañía por todos sus grados, instancias, incidentes y trámites tanto ordinarios, como extraordinarios, realizando todos los actos, gestiones y diligencias precisas, útiles, necesarias o convenientes, elevando o instando acciones, recursos y peticiones de todo tipo en cualquier clase de procedimiento, incluso en los de casación extraordinario de revisión y en los juicios universales de suspensión de pagos, quiebras, quitas y esperas, concursos de acreedores, etc., nombrando y revocando o interviniendo en el nombramiento y renovación de Comisarios, Administradores, Interventores, etc., aceptar dichos cargos, tachar, recusar y rechazar testigos periciales y continuar todas estas actuaciones hasta el remate y ejecución de los respectivos fallos o separarse de la prosecución de los mismos, con facultades expresas de representación procesal, plena y omnimoda, incluso las de absolver posiciones en confesión judicial, bajo juramento decisorio o indecisorio, someter los asuntos a la decisión de amigables componedores y de árbitros de derecho o equidad, y formalizar al efecto las pertinentes escrituras públicas de compromiso, entablar toda clase de querellas y ratificarse en las mismas, pudiendo delegar todas estas facultades en los Abogados y Procuradores que tuviere conveniente.

Smuggling itself is a "delito fiscal" and could have been mentioned as such, but it seems that a specific scope of action based on issues is being defined.
