Explanation:
No puede ser que diga "civil Y penalmente" o "civil O penalmente"? Si es lo segundo, obviamente se debería cambiar mi sugerencia a "civil or criminal liability".

Me imagino que "violación" en este caso se refiere a un contrato, etc.
