Auditing Commission". The auditor's job is to fiscalize, and I see no point in duplicating what usually happens, anyway, by creating some specially-constituted commission.
(Try this if the sentence appears in the "Escritura de Constitución", which establishes corporate SOP).

I guess the word "audit" in there is a must. yes, it is a pretty legalist translation, from a Chilean document, which means -at least for those who know the Chilean little world-, that it must be REALLY formal! hehe
