If this is pretty legal and pretty formal, I'd prefer "Finance Explanation: Auditing Commission". The auditor's job is to fiscalize, and I see no point in duplicating what usually happens, anyway, by creating some specially-constituted commission. (Try this if the sentence appears in the "Escritura de Constitución", which establishes corporate SOP). |
