Si es la que otorga la licencia es la Licenciante: Licensor (no es necesario poner Assignor (que es el cedente; ahora si es la que recibe la licencia es Licensee or assignee (que es la licenciataria o cesionaria). Con que pongas una de las dos palabras está bien. Debe haber un error porque la licenciataria no es la cedente sino es la cesionaria (que recibe la licencia o cesión)
