En [illegible date] notifiqué al señor Fiscal Federal luego de lo cual firmó para constancia por ante mi de lo que doy fe.--I know what the different parts of this sentence mean, but I cannot put them together into a coherent English sentence.

Except for the items in brackets, all of the above is typewritten. Thus, I am not having any problem reading it. I'm just having a problem making sense of it.

Fiscal is a land mine, and it would help to know what country, but you probalby can't go too far wrong with "government attorney."

{PS - it would also help if they threw in a comma. That's not "Spanish," that's just the writer.}
