(the sentence didn't all fit above so here's the rest: NO Vale.- Enmendado = originario = virtud = Vale.- E.G. de Arias.-

I'm translating a divorce certificate from El Salvador...after all the technicalities..and date that it's finalized it has that long sentence...with "=" sign between words...does anyone know what all this means?
