Spanish term or phrase: De forma
The last article in a series of articles in an Argentine resolution by the Ministry of Economy and Public Works and Services is simply "De forma." Would this be something like "So ordered" or "Carry it out" (kind of like the favorite phrase of Captain Picard from Star Trek: "Make it so"), or would it be something different?

Thanks for your help.

I found an example of your "de forma" in an Argentinian resolution:

And another one without any content (not particularly unusual--I've seen it this way before":

Yolanda,

Thanks for your research.

FYI: I received the following back from someone at the office of the Boletín Official in Argentina.

So, "De forma" is a shorthand way of saying carry out all the steps required by law to put the resolution/decree/order into effect.

Questions of Form

Explanation:
Normally, "de forma" in a sentence means "in such a manner (that)", but as a title about Public Works, this could refer to the form in which bids (tenders) are to be submitted in accordance with regulations.
It could also be something very different, but since context is lacking here, I cannot say.

For the record

Explanation:
Hi Frank,

I've been scratching my head about this ever since your KudoZ inquiry appeared, which is why I went all over the place looking for an answer. The thing is, I'd already solved this problem once, but couldn't remember where. I just did!

It was for a Haitian adoption case, and I was translating from French, which is why I wasn't pulling up the right memory thread immediately. The French term is "pour copie conforme." The term that gets used in English is, quite simply, "for the record." I had been tempted to send you this answer off the bat, but since I couldn't remember my reasoning, I didn't dare, and went looking for a solution on the Internet. And, actually,I still don't remember where I got that from, although I know it was from either another KudoZ answerer, or from someone on Lantra, since those are the two places, aside from Web searches, where I had inquired.

Best regards,
