BEFORE ME
Explanation:
If this appears at the beginning of a section of a legal document (it usually takes this form), its a formula equivalent to:

BEFORE ME, ... Notary Public of ... have appeared:
ONE THE ONE HAND, Party X....
AND ON THE OTHER HAND, Party Y...

In this sense, it means to appear (before a court, judge or authorized civil servant).

Podria dar un poco de contexto?

Explanation:

appear/compear

Explanation:
From Termium:

English:Practice (Law)
appear s CORRECT
compear s CORRECT,SEE RECORD,GR. BRITAINOBS - enter an appearance s
OBS - compearance: (Scotch) An appearance in an action or proceeding. s
1999-01-19

I think I'd use "appear" rather than "compear"...

To appear in court = comparecer

Explanation:

THERE APPEAR

Explanation:
Para mí la traducción sería "THERE APPEAR", por lo menos así lo he visto en algunos documentos.

espero que te sirva!

1 day 10 hrs
Appear (plural) o appears (singular)

Explanation:
Ej: THERE APPEARS MR.

Buena suerte!
