Mandatory injunction Explanation: It is a litigation term even when it appears in a contract. Thus the context clause where the term appears is of major significance to give an appropriate construction. A "medida de no innovar" can be assimilated to the figure of the mandatory injunction, which is "one that restrains the defendant from permitting his previous wrongful act to continue operative, thus virtually compelling him to undo it".
