CASE Explanation: Or specifically, "case under appeal" or "appeal case"; as I am one of those friends who specializes in such matters. APPEAL CASE NO. XXX or just "CASE". The word "toca" (civil, penal, etc.) merely indicates a case at the appeal stage. Not an easy word to find in dictionaries with this meaning. Experience |
