innominate contract (or) contract without consideration

Explanation:
contrato; contract
inoponible? no existe en espanol.
Creo que lo que quieren decir es que no tiene valor asi que yo usaria lo siguiente:
contrato sin causa : nude contract, nudum pactum, contract without consideration.
O quizas sea:
contrato innominado: special contract or one not specifically provided by law, innominate contract
Espero que esto le ayude

Explanation:
See my previous answer for the bibliography. My learned colleague, who posted his or her comments here above ("inoponible no existe en espanol") should look very closely at his or her sources.

"Inoponible" does exist in Spanish; just because Collins or Oxford, etc. don't show an entry does not mean it does not exist.

a null-and-void contract

Explanation:
In Anglo-Saxon law, we also speak of a null-and-void contract. So, this is another term you can use; however, non-enforceable contract would be the better choice.
