Spanish term or phrase: amortización del crédito que ampara la Emisión de Bonos
Mexican documents. Believe it or not, the word that tricks me here is "ampara". It's clear to me (I think) that "amortización del crédito" is "amortization of the debt." I'll appreciate any help you guys can give. You know I don't like to abuse the system and do my best to contribute in turn (as we all should). You know what I mean.

repayment of debt in support of/that supports the issuance

Explanation:
of bonds.
HOWEVER: due to a tricky turn that the Spanish language is allowed to play on you, bond issuance MAY BE THE SUBJECT supporting the repayment of the debt! So read the whole case really well and be forewarned that "ampara" may take either the first phrase or the second as an object.
