Explanation:
I object to the comment "better English" - if the second person meant the register of his or her sugggestion is more formal, then I totally agree. BUT there has been a clear movement within English for the last twenty years to reduce "legalese" and to make all contracts as clear as possible. In my experience, my "al grano" translations of contracts have been far better received from end users than a more literal "faithful to the flowery Spanish original" would be.

A movement for "REAL Spanish" has not yet taken off - but I hope to live to see the day it does!
