Here's an example: "Las sentencias ... son susceptibles de ser impugnadas a través del recurso extraordinario de súplica, consagrado en el art. 57 de la Ley 446 de 1998 (art. 94 del C.C.A.)." This is why I said it has got to be a piece of legislation or similar, since you can't have an article of a committee or commission! Any more ideas?

Thanks, that's exactly what I needed. I got misled by the Andean Community into thinking that the final CA referred to that body.
