The original is awfully badly written!!
Quisiera ser más original, pero no veo porqué no poner "risks covered".
Más aún, teniendo en cuenta que el original es pésimo, no correría el riesgo de priorizar el estilo en detrimento de la fidelidad.

Alright!...I won't tell you it's covered risks:-))! If you think that would be too literal....I agree.
Personally, I'd much prefer: "liabilities covered"
