I THINK THIS IS PART OF A LIST OF THINGS THAT MIGHT OCCUR THAT WOULD EITHER RENDER THE CONTRACT INVALID OR ENTITLE THE LENDER TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT. IS IT?
